A landrace hardneck garlic originally called "Spanish Roja Racambole Garlic," and grown in the village of Cerro since 1984 in the San Luis Valley by Farmer Daniel Carmona of Cerro Vista Farms, and renamed "Cerro Rojo."

We offer both seed garlic and culinary garlic. With 6-8 easy to peel cloves, this garlic is effortless to cook.
