What We Offer

CSA

Background

CSA stands for "Community Supported Agriculture."  This is a mutually beneficial exchange between a farmer and the community, where folks reserve a portion of the harvest and pay upfront prior to the season.  The community shares in the risks and benefits of food production alongside the farmer, and the grower receives financial support while doing bed prep, seed starting, and everything it takes to get those first crops to maturity.

Orchard-Raised Eggs

Ducks + Quail

We raise Indian Runner Ducks and Coturnix Quail.  Our ducks are rotationally grazed at Goat Tree Orchard, a holistic fruit orchard in El Prado.  The quail are raised in mobile grazing units, or tractors.  All supplemental feed is organic from Embudo Valley Organics, roughly 28 miles down the road on the Rio Grande.

For those who sign up for weekly eggs, we stock them in the farmstand for pickup on Wednesdays.
